Checkout Champ Funnel
A full offer funnel running on its own domain, separate from the Shopify storefront: lead page, a checkout with product selector, three post-purchase upsells and three downsells, and a thank-you page, with alternate versions of each page held ready for testing. Built in Checkout Champ with conversion events instrumented so the reporting could be trusted.

A custom Shopify checkout extension that fixed a silent revenue leak in the free-gift programme. Gifts were added by an auto-add-to-cart app that works in the cart, so anyone checking out through Shop Pay or an express button skipped it and never received one. The extension adds gifts inside checkout itself, so they land whichever path the customer takes, and holds payment until they have. Each new offer is an entry in the Shopify admin, so it grows with the catalogue.

Shopify caps a discount at 25 products, and the store hit that ceiling as free-gift combinations multiplied across tests. I proposed and built an app that collapses the whole programme into a single discount rule: the backend maps each gift to its trigger product and marks assigned items free, so one rule covers every combination and a new experiment no longer costs a discount slot. The gift code stays consistent, and a custom dashboard lets the team manage the mapping without a developer.

The live theme had drifted: hardcoded IDs in template logic, page-builder blocks carrying their own inline HTML and scripts, duplicate JavaScript includes, and scripts nothing referenced any more, all of it costing load time. I documented what each piece did before touching it, removed what was dead, tracked what stayed, converted images to WebP, and agreed a set of coding standards with the team so the theme would not drift back.

A dental membership sold with product subscriptions, built end to end: enrolment on the product page, a member portal, checkout extensions, a Customer Service cancel button, and a Node service that keeps Recharge billing and the provider's member list in step.
Advertorials/Landing Pages
Paid-traffic pre-landers, ranking pages, listicles, and advertorial variants built in Shopify, Replo, and GemPages, shipped as testable variants rather than one-off pages. The full run is in the build log.
